About Weekly Coaching Calls:

Why? Weekly calls are designed to help keep you on-track, accountable and focused, as well as provide you with an opportunity to ask questions, find clarity and learn from others on the same journey.  They are a great way to get the most out of your program.

When & Where: Online via Zoom, Wednesday evenings, from 6:30pm (AEST).  I stay on the call until at least 7:30pm, or as long as needed.

How Many Sessions Do I Get?  Your access starts from the date you receive your nutrition plan, and runs for the duration of your program (3, 6 or 12 months).  If you’ve completed your program and you’d like ongoing access to the calls, please get in touch.

How Do I Join?  Simply ensure you have the free Zoom app installed on your PC or smartphone, and click on the purple link above anytime from 6:30pm onwards to join the call for as long as you’d like.

Please bring to the call:

  • Questions you may have about your program, or any challenges you are experiencing.
  • Your wins for the past week – whether that be weight loss, centimetre changes, improvements in an issue that had been bugging you, noticing looser clothing or staying strong in a moment of temptation! We’d love to celebrate with you!
  • A pen & paper so you can note down any ideas, recipes and your action steps (or download the handy ‘Wins, Challenges, Solutions’ page from the link below). That way you can leave the call knowing exactly what you need to do to move forward.


If you have a question you would like answered during the session but would prefer to ask it anonymously, that’s ok!  Simply email through your question before 5pm on Wednesday and I will make sure I cover it during the session.  

Remember to make sure that the name that appears on your Zoom account is your own name, so that I know to admit you to the call.
